“WHAT MEDITATION REALLY MEANS”
The Moksha Lecture Series is a multidisciplinary gathering that fosters idea sharing, dialog, and exploration of consciousness and our connection with the universe. We host speakers specializing in topics such as plant medicine, shamanism, spirituality, the natural sciences, social sciences and art. Since its inception in 2002, the Moksha Lecture Series has brought such renowned speakers as Dennis McKenna, Daniel Pinchbeck, Dr. Joe Tafur, Alex Grey, Dr. Manolo Torres and many more.
Lama Khemsar Rinpoche is a Tantric and Dzogchen master who has been teaching in the West for almost 25 years. He is a dedicated teacher who encourages authentic, disciplined practice. He is non-sectarian teacher who teaches spiritual knowledge rather than dogmatic religion. He tells not to talk religion but to act religiously.
What Does Meditation Really Mean?
What meditation really means is to transform one’s conceptual mind into that of non-conceptual wisdom mind. The conceptual mind is driven by emotions, which therefore discriminates, whereas non-conceptual mind is naturally endowed with wisdom, which therefore indiscriminately treats all sentient beings as one’s mother.
